“Es la primera vez que me hospedo en un hotel de la marca, sin embargo, siendo objetivo sólo puedo exponer que el check-in fue de lo peor, nos dieron acceso a las habitaciones dos horas después de las 3 pm cuando yo necesitaba el acceso desde más temprano pues tenía un compromiso y el personal de recepción del turno matutino al día siguiente nefasto, no me pudo enlazar una llamada con la otra habitación que renté que porque no podían hacerlo, siendo que una noche antes, el rececpcionista me……
