Great hotel. Clearly freshly refurbished and excellent facilities. Staff were extremely attentive - everyone we bumped into in the lift, for example, even junior team members, asked how we were and whether there was anything that they could do to improve our stay. Shows a great culture! Only downsides are a bar that shuts very early (10pm) and a LOT of mosquitoes in the outdoor pool area - they give bug spray it we had to retreat late afternoon or after rain.

Fantastic small hotel. The staff were all attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable The restraunt serves Brunch (8am to 4pm) i had the opportunity to eat there twice and thoroughly enjoyed both meals. Room Service and Service at the rooftop pool is also available..

"I had problems for checking in as the main office did not send the Expedia reservation on time. Also I find disgusting to wait 10 mins for checking out for staff to check the room before my departure, not the class of service I have received in other Eurobuilding Hotels within Venezuela."
