"Very nice modern clean hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Nice breakfast. There was a charge to use the pool and I was surprised by that but I really didn’t have time to use. Overall very good"

"How can we say enough about this wonderful property and amazing host? For my husband and myself, it was our second stay at Gian's house, and we wanted to share the experience with friends. It did not disappoint! The three couples each had a very private area of the house with one couple in the master suite, one upstairs with their kitchenette, and the other in the pool house.
The kitchen is very well equipped and we enjoyed making breakfasts and dinners several nights (including some homemade pasta) while enjoying our evenings on the patio and around the pool.
Gian is so welcoming to his guests, joining us for the Onion Festival in a nearby town and taking us to a favorite restaurant at the top of the mountain. He also helped us book a wine tour and private chef at the house.
Don't miss out on this fantastic way to experience Umbria and all of the beauty and history of the area!"
