Everything from check in, to the room and staff were absolutely lovely the stay was so great after the Tongariro hike, the room was cosy, the restaurant was a great vibe and atmosphere loved everything and would definitely recommend.

Beds were not made. Temperature dropped to 6 degrees and electric heater was not working in living room. Used wood burning stove and chopped wood for next guest.Expected to vaccum. Not sure who cleans the bathrooms.
