Great location close to Redwoods and Luge.Excellent communication to and from Emma. One thing always bugs me about properties - a ragbag assortment of coat hangers! But that's the only niggle! ”

“Lovely property. Perfect for our long weekend in Rotorua with extended family. While slightly out of town, the balcony has a beautiful view over the lake and the kitchen, dining and living areas all provide lots of space. The kitchen was beautiful but missing a few essentials such as oil and salt, still, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks Fiona!”

“Ask questions about the amenities and condition of the property! The good--the location is peaceful and beautiful. The host communication was generally good and helpful. That said, we booked this place despite its cost and distance from town centre for three reasons: lots of bedrooms for our party of 9, alpacas, and the pool room. There are loads of bedrooms and bathrooms but not enough hot water for 9 people much less the up to 16 they allow. And there are no alpacas and the pool room is……
