“I know this facility is not an actual "hotel", but I am not renting a caravan space or a camping site. I would expect some tissue paper in the room ( an hopefully a hair dryer?)”

I just dissatisfied the setting of toilet and the temperature of the room and sulphur smell. parking and customer services are excellent, the location is traveller-friendly that we just spent 3-5 mins reached the centre for shopping, dining/ lunch, and filling up the petrol of cars. Very good motel in rotorua! ”

“The place wasnt refreshed for our stay. Dust inside all the cups and on the tables etc. A dead roch sitting in the container that held the tea n sugar. Need to supply 2 more towels as there was 2 people staying 2 nights and we only had 2 towels. Lawns were unkept. Theres a tin shed ryt out where the bed is. It was scratching n banging up on the wall and keeps you from falling into deep sleep. The blue pillow cases had dribble stains on the fabric. If these details where more tended to it would……
