Phenomenal Stay!
Great hotel with easy transit. The staff is so helpful and friendly, and the lobby lounge has great drinks and a stunning view. Do not miss the sauna area; very well done!

The room was nice and spacious. Location is good to explore around Tokyo. Unfortunately we had a bad experience on the last day. They gave us a boxed breakfast instead of canceling ¥5500 breakfast. They gave me a piece of French baguette, two mandarin oranges and a pack of orange juice.

This hotel was amazing. All of the staff were so great with kids (we had a 2 yo daughter), very accommodating and nice finishing touches which made our stay thoroughly enjoyable and cannot recommend enough.
