Wonderful, clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent location, with everything you need nearby and a direct indoor path to the JR lines. My single exec room was pretty spacious compared to other places I've stayed in Japan and the view from the 21st floor was great and even had a partial view of the scramble. Elevators were prompt and speedy and never crowded. Staff were all polite and helpful.

Staff spoke English. Hotel is in a very convenient location. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area. The subway station is connected to the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. However, you might hear a bit of noise as it is close to the shibuya crossing but wouldn’t sway my feelings. I would definitely book here again!

The best location in the entire area! Literally right there when it comes to getting around Tokyo! Room was outdated but still got the job done! I will recommend this hotel to anyone. Super clean and everyone was nice and helpful.

Views from the property and room are amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was super clean and location was great with with easy access to trains/subway. A little difficult figuring out how to find the entrance when you first get off the train - access from Hachiko gate the easiest, then just cross the street.
