The room is clean, and the next door super market is very good and walk to JR in 3 minutes and take only 15 minutes to Shinjuku is also great. Staff is friendly, professional and handle things nicely. Room is clean and cleaning is done super. They give us free bottle water everyday. The only that is a downside is the room has no temperature control, you can only control the fan speed and the temperature is set too high for us (I think it is around 24-25 C)

Clean room. Great service. Friendly staff. Convenient location with train station really close. Breakfast buffet was terrific with healthy and tasty food. Great coffee machine with lot of options. The only area to improve is Internet quality. Streaming video chokes all the time and resumes minute later to choke again. Excluding Internet everything else only brought positive emotions.

The room was clean. The bed was a little hard on my back. This seems like an older hotel. The location is great. It is right near the train station and a small mall with various eating places which made it convenient for lunches and dinners. We opted for the breakfasts which makes it easy to start the day. The staff didn’t speak English so have your phone and translation app handy.

Well maintained hotel conveniently located near Shinagawa, easily accessible to Gotanda, Meguro, Shibuya, etc. The rooms are average size, clean, with standard amenities. Hotel buffet offers wide selections, making the stay well worth the value.

This hotel was great! It was so close to Osaki Train Station which made it super accessible to the rest of Tokyo. The hotel cleaning staff was also very friendly and left the space spotless every day.
