部屋真新しくて綺麗でしたが、コップの数が少ないことや、手洗い石鹸がないのが不便でした。 上下階のドアの開け閉めの音や、深夜まで他の部屋の住民の大声がうるさくて、眠れませんでした。

完全な家電付きアパート仕様

賃貸アパートとして作った部屋を民泊に転用しているので、洗濯機(洗剤あり)、冷凍庫つき冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電熱器を装備しているのがメリット。建物入口＋部屋ごとの二重の暗証番号があり、セキュリティもなかなか。電話すると開錠番号をPDFでメールアドレスに送ってくれる。連泊中の部屋掃除はなし。 ただし、残念なところも多々。５階建てだがエレベーターなし。新しい部屋だが安普請感は否めず、損傷箇所も修理されていない(泊まった部屋ではベッドの上のコンセントが壊れたまま)。浴室乾燥機が強力なのは有り難いが(暖房に使える)、エアコン自体は明らかにパワー不足。厳冬期や猛暑期は厳しそうだ。便器は自動洗浄だが、お風呂には湯量センサーがない(自動で止まらない)。さらに浴槽がいかにも狭い(近くに銭湯あるけど)。サービス料(簡単に言えば掃除代、何泊しても一定)が馬鹿にならないので、連泊で利用するのがお勧め。

部屋がとてもキレイでした。 施設の方の対応がよく 安心して宿泊することができました。 部屋は5階でしたが、重いスーツケースを持って上がるのはちょっと大変でした。
