Thomar Story is a great hotel to stay when visiting Tomar and the surrounding area. The hotel is newly renovated. The room is as pictured: modern and clean with all the amenities needed. The hotel is located close to the center of town, easily accessible by walking. It is close to some good restaurants and cafe. All in all, we would recommend this hotel if you are planning a visit to Tomar.

The pension is well located. Our room had a kitchen space; so it was quite roomy by Portuguese standards. The room was also very clean and had air conditioning. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast offered enough selection. Nevertheless, this is a place with rooms on three different floors and no elevator. One has to be willing or able to navigate stairs with luggage.

Clean room, helpful staff, breakfast was very minimal. Close to everything in a very walkable town. Unfortunately we had the only room with spotlights that shine through the window all night and can’t be turned off. However the hotel did offer to move us to a different room which was nice of them to do.

This is a lovely little guest house close to the center of town with a very affordable price. My room was clean and comfortable and included a kitchenette with a refrigerator. There was also a nice patio to sit outdoors after sightseeing. Optional breakfast for 7 euros which was good.
