We waited in the back yard a half hour so the owner's son could clean, which didn't help the stink in the fridge. The second evening a storm blew in and the power went out. We had no lights, electricity, water or toilet all night. We also heard someone entering the door from the garage that same evening which destroyed any privacy policy. We just moved to busier part of town with more businesses and restaurants in the area. Was more of a work crew type property. Just not comfortable as a senior travelling with my wife. Not happy with how Expedia represented the hotel either.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than many motels for variety. And the staff was helpful. We didn’t use the pool. The weaknesses were the condition and cleanliness of the hallways and grounds. Long broken a/c units, dirty and cluttered carpets and weedy grounds were a turn off on arrival, plus whoever designed and decorated it had awful taste. But, the value was still in the pricing for a clean room.”
