“I liked the clean room! The staff was great...My key did not work properly and the person in charge of check in at the front desk personally came to the room with me to check the new keys which worked perfectly. The downsides: the shower head had very small openings which made for a sharp stream and quite harsh. . There is no volume control, only temperature. The coffee maker is sub par.”

“The Belvada was across the street from the Milpah and owned and operated by the same company. Our stay at the Milpah was excellent and on our return trip we decided to give the sister property a try. It was restored and reopened in 2021 and we expected a stay much like the Milpah. We rented the 'deluxe' king suite. We found the sofa broken and unusable for lounging because of its forward lean. The antique chair next to it was in danger of collapsing and unusable. The soap dispenser in the shower……
