“The owner who greeted us upon arrival was friendly, helpful and accommodating. the room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. The supplied continental breakfast was more than adequate and more than we could eat. However, it appeared that the room that we were in, was not really laid out for eating a meal in. This would've been done in the downstairs dining room which was no longer available. There was plenty of shared areas outside the room with comfortable seating and an outside deck with……

“The queen sized BED WAS COMFY AND IN GOOD ORDER. THE SHOWER WAS A PROBLEM. A LITLE UNSAFE FOR A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY AS THERE WAS QUJITE A LARGE STEP IN AND STEP OUT. TOO MANY RULES ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THE SHEET OF PAPER GIVEN AT CHECK-IN WAS OFF-PUTTING AND DID NOTHING TO MAKE ME WANT TO STAY HERE AGAIN. THE SIGNS ABOVE THE KITCHEN SINK DETAILING $ 50 FEE FOR FAILURE TO EMPTY BIN AND $50 FOR FAILURE FOR LEAVING CUTLERY/CROCKERY OUT WERE OUTRAGEOUS . I WOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED TO STAY……

“It was a wonderful experience at Maleny Terrace Cottages. Sarah was so friendly and helpful when we thought we would be checking in after hours. We ended up making it in before the office was closed and she helped us figure out which restaurants were open close by. The Thai restaurant that is just 2 driveways away was actually fantastic! There were end chocolates in the room as a welcome treat along with some bottled spring water. We was raining pretty hard so we didn’t get to see the view or……

“I was shocked with how clean the room was such a lovely surprise 😊 The bed was very comphy we loved the outdoor area attached ot our room it was so lovely to sit and look at the water. The room was spacious. Shower was excellent pressure and nice and hot and a nice spacious bathroom. I liked that morning fresh was available to wash my dishes with as well as chxux cloths , scrub pad and scrubbing brush. “Didn't have a chance to explore nearby as it was raining, limited indoor parking so you have to park outside which might not be an ideal option if you have a lot of luggage. Worth mentioning is the gym at the hotel which is good.”
