It is an inexpensive hotel so there are not a lot amenities but I knew that when I booked it. My main concern was cleanliness and that was met perfectly. Two of the rooms had bed bugs, (seen crawling on the beds) ekkkk…. the mattress of the rollaway was very dirty, the pull-out couch mattress was worn down enough it should have just gone in the trash. The hot breakfast consisted of grey-green-ish sausage and “eggs” that were floating in some kind of liquid (most likely from being powdered eggs with too much water … the coffee was lukewarm.… the waffle someone made smelled good but after everything else we did not take a chance to eat anything there. Pool not in service Bathroom door required our martial arts skills to open and close. Those pictures are of a Fairfield, and this hotel is in shambles. We pre-booked through Expedia, not realizing those pictures weren’t right. We pulled up and were shocked at the condition of the hotel. There is no sign on the building, the front of the building looks to be falling apart. We were scared to leave our car in the dark parking lot- there was was little lighting and it was a very sketchy area. The stairwell had trashed piled up, the elevators and pool weren’t working. We left. We have been trying to get ahold of the manager for a refund, but they keep ignoring our calls. Yes. Would I ever stay there again or recommend anyone else waste money there? Absolutely not. The outside of the hotel looks like it’s been under construction for years, the photos in this listing are NOT of the hotel. I thought we were driving up to the wrong hotel based on the photos listed here. Breakfast was stale bagels, watery eggs and really bad coffee. We checked out an entire day early due to the conditions of the room, not to mention that other guests were literally screaming and running in the hallways from 11pm-3am. We were not refunded even though we completed checked out and did not return.
