Avania Inn of Santa Barbara
General manger was very responsive to all questions and issues. Regular employees were ok, but not as good as property manager. They no longer do full Continental breakfast, just croissants, yogurt and fruit, so that was a bit disappointing.

Sandpiper Lodge

Spacious newer home within walking distance of secluded beaches and polo fields.
I think this was our 5th trip to Carpenteria. We live in the Bay Area but one of my daughters and husband live in LA. We are making it a tradition the celebrated Easter there and this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented. It has everything we are looking for; especially access to Santa Claus ...

Casa Riviera
We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit loud with the up stairs guest who sounded like they were moving things around and making excessive noise. However, overall our stay was pleasant. The area is cute and we were able to walk around safely and easily. I would stay here again.
