“The hotel is exceptionally nice and clean, it's clear that it was newly built. Bathroom was clean and well-stacked as well. Staff was friendly even though they didn't really speak English. The check in/check out was automated what was very convenient. Just €6 for breakfast, which is pretty reasonable. Our room didn't have a window (it was there, but it showed the hallway), but honestly for a one night stay I could not have cared less. Positive experience overall.”

“This place is great and the staff definitely stands out! The only thing I would say is our air-conditioning wasn’t that great but they gave us a fan. And you can hear the subways sometimes underneath the building.”

“The hotel is perfect, nothing to complaint, inside the train station, extremely good location for tourists taking Renfe. But be frank, I felt being cheated by hotels.com I booked Junior Suit (which is more expensive) because I saw the photos provided by Hotels.com, and I was impressed by the wonderful view. However, hotel arranged me to a room with a window facing another room! I asked the staff and they said NO SUCH ROOM for Junior Suit What? then what's the point to book this room? I'd rather……
