This beautiful house has an entrance with a garden, parking and an outdoor pool. It has two bedrooms, each with two 90 cm beds that together form a 180×200 cm bed. The rooms are very bright, one with a view of the garden and the other overlooking the pool. Bed linen is included, and they have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The house has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. A large living-dining room with two sofas, one of them an Italian-style sofa bed, television, Wi-Fi, fireplace, air conditioning, a spacious dining table and another table on the covered terrace with chairs.
The kitchen has the necessary appliances for a pleasant stay, such as a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and everything you need during your visit. In addition to the gardens surrounding the pool and the house, there is a pleasant covered terrace to enjoy an outdoor breakfast with a dining table to appreciate the exterior of the property.
In the pool area there is a full bathroom with shower for greater convenience without having to enter the house.
In the surrounding area you will find a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas. It has easy access to the CV-905 road towards Alicante or Cartagena. Only 5 km from the center of Torrevieja and its beaches, and 6 km from La Mata beach.

Het verbijf is ernstig aan renovatie toe. De keuken is erg oud en van slechte kwaliteit. De Badkamer is iets beter, maar niet wat je zou mogen verwachten. De elctra zou door een specialist nagekeken moeten worden.
