The breakfast was ample and delicious. The room was clean and adequate, though small as is common in Japan. We upgraded to get something just a little bigger. The onsen was a delight for us. The staff was certainly helpful.

Wonderful place with good location

Loved the place, good location. The ramen at the restaurant at the corner is fantastic by the way. Everything was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful. Would come back anytime !

Simple, easy and comfortable. This was my 4th stay at Green Rich Tottori and as always the experience reflected these 3 principles. It’s within a 5 minute walk from tottori station and had many local restaurants nearby. At the end of every day the hot spring inside was refreshing. Thank you Green Rich Tottori.

Very nice hotel. Wide and comfortable bed. Although the staff cannot speak English very well, they did their best. The public bath is great too, but need a code from the front desk to get to enter. One thing is that when you check in too late, there can be no parking space for taller cars like minivans. So be aware of that.
