They put us on the top floor and only had 1 elevator working. Top floor is in desperate need of renovation. It appeared all other floors had been renovated. Furniture in the room was all stained up. Bed felt as though it was at a decline. Would likely not stay here again.

Room and lobby was old and rough. Hallways to room and elevators were terrible. Hallway was not air conditioned. Old stained rusty ceiling tiles in hallway. I could hear birds in the hallway ceiling. Valet was odd and confusing. Overall very rough and disappointing.

Hotel is run down. Ceiling in hallways is falling down, doors are peeling. I don’t understand why and how Holiday inn hasn’t been talking care of the property. Great location. Beautiful beach.

The restroom tile was old and had mold. Also the restroom sink was old and incorrect repairs on it were very noticeable. Restroom door was old and very banged up. For the price paid i would NOT recommend this property to my colleagues and friends. Elevator equipment/buttons faded out and carpets were very stained. The next platform for this review will go on Google website. Thank you.
