The checkout experience was terrible. The clerk checking me out could not assist me with the Expedia issues. Expedia advised me that we were paid in full, however, the clerk at the hotel kept saying I owed money. After him telling me to call myself and not being helpful, I left reiterating that I would have no charges on my visa and him confirming this, I indeed had many charges on my visa, in which I did not receive a receipt for. I spent alot of time dealing with them last week and it was very stressful.
