"It was a cute little motel; only 5 rooms but our room was clean and (mostly) quiet. The walls are a little thin so if you want absolute privacy it might not be too your taste, but it was fine for our needs- sleep after an evening dinner/ bridal shower. There is no staff to speak of, only a check in girl that also works at the ice cream shop directly in front of the motel. And you need to look for the shop because the signage for the motel is not large and was hidden a bit behind tree branches- we must have passed it 5 times before we knew what to look for after getting some directions. We would stay there again if we are invited back to the area."

"We make a trip to this part of NY every Fall to visit with family, and this has been our favorite house so far! Cute and cozy, had everything we needed and more. The kids love the hot tub, and the dog loved the big back yard. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. It is close to the road and there was a lot of traffic during our stay, cars flying down the street all hours of the night, but we still had plenty of space and privacy and enjoyed every minute of the stay! Thanks for a wonderful getaway! "

"We stayed here with our 13,11 and 2 yr old boys and everyone had the best time! The location of the tree house has complete privacy and is right on the River which was a huge added bonus. We are already talking about maybe coming back next year. Only “heads up” is the “kitchen” sink is more of a dribble so washing any dishes is a long process but… your in a treehouse "
