It was the perfect place for our large family to gather to laugh, eat, play games, enjoy the hot tub and outdoor fireplace, and make memories.The property was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. “Property was nothing like advertised. Its in a very sketchy and questionable area of Elmira when it comes to safety. The apartment is the only building on a one way street upstairs a very steep flight of steps that can be difficult for anyone to get up to. The apartment smelled of must and was very hot. There was no a/c except for one's in the bedroom window which werent even turned on and it was June. The sheets on the beds were stained and didnt not look clean. There were not enough……

“It was perfect for a very last-minute booking. The listing title “Upstate New York winery. Skiing. Casino. Fingerlake winery” is a bit misleading. Yes- wineries the casino and Finger Lakes are in the general area and this property is in a quiet little neighborhood less than 2 miles from Elmira College- perfect for parent drop-off weekend.The rental felt like it was a brand new renovation & a new listing. Good-sized kitchen with brand new appliances (dishwasher was not yet hooked up). The cafe……

“The area is beautiful. The grounds around are unique and calming a great connection to the outdoors, but as my low rating for accuracy of the website, there’s no heat and our rooms ,except the bathroom, are exposed to the outdoor wind. The two mornings temperatures we were to be there were around freezing and below freezing. We only stayed the one night because of this. There are also no locks on the doors, only slide bolts from the inside, so the building is unable to be secured when you’re……
