“Did not get the room we booked per pictures and room description. The AC was broke, it was not what we booked. It took hours to get ahold of the host and a manager was supposed to call us back from VRBO to help us cancel and get into something else. That never happened. ”

“Greg was super friendly and helpful when I left stuff behind. Property location is amazing for access to down town. Clean, well stocked with comfy beds. Wish there was laundry on site but otherwise perfect!”

“It was just as it looks but my daughter and I almost fell several times getting our foot stuck in the plastic that is on the carpet (next to the couch). Bed is very comfortable.”

“The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was great and had what we needed to prepare meals. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking in the driveway was very handy. Brian was very quick to answer any questions except for the very end of our stay. I asked twice if we could stay an extra night or two (we were helping our son move into a house around the corner and we weren't sure if the house would be ready in time for us to move in) there was no response. In spite of that……

“Amy’s property is in the heart of Ellicottville. Just steps from the start line for the EVL 5k. This is our second year staying here and it was just as amazing as last year. Property is very clean, plenty of room for four adults, and two bathrooms. Amy was very helpful and responsive to our questions. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for a relaxing stay. ”
