“When I booked this property it was supposed to be a 5 bed/2ba house with a pool and hot tub. 2 weeks before our stay I received a voicemail from VRBO informing me that the host had changed the details of the house - it was now a 3 bed/1 ba house. I contacted the host and he said VRBO made a mistake and that it was only 3 bedrooms.
