"The family friends we were meeting who grew up in the area unfortunately had a relative pass away so we were on our own exploring the area; however, the house, mainly the front deck was a great area to gather and enjoy everyone's company; we also had their kids stay with us as a distraction and there was plenty of room; my wife and kids loved the sound of the farm, moos at different times of the day."

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was quiet, comfortable, and very spacious — perfect for our group. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including coffee, cups, and plates, and the towels and linens were soft and cozy. The game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults, keeping everyone entertained. The hosts were fantastic and quick to respond to any questions I had. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!"

The owner was very accommodating as we wanted to make corn on the cob one night and he had a brand new large pot brought to us. It was a great central location as we took day trips to Hammondsport, Penn Yan, Watkins Glen and Geneva. One family took a day trip to Ithaca."
