Outside needs a facelift. Room was clean and looked nice. People below our room played loud music for an hour and a half and at 10:15 they stopped. It appeared as though economically challenged people were living there. They didn’t give any problems except loud music. When we went to check in no one was at the desk. We rang a buzzer three times, waiting between each attempt. I happened to see the manager’s phone number on a card so I called and he said he was on his way. Eventually he came.

There was a couple of people directly above our room that decided to have a fight in their room just before midnight. We were both waken by this disturbance. It settled down quickly, so we figured someone called it in. Not sure if we will stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place! Our host, Julie, is incredible. The place has great amenities and is comfortable, well-stocked, and conveniently located to many of the Lakes’ wineries and breweries. The breakfast she served was delicious! We will be back!

Simon and Miranda were excellent hosts. We saw Simon more than Miranda. Miranda made the marvelous food in the background. We had great conversations with Simon. He was amazing

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy parking and very good choice of hot breakfast. To simply put it, it's one the cleanest hotels we have ever been to by far. We are frequent travelers and we have been to many hotels, but this one is one of the best.
