Search and Rent Town of New Haven Condos

"We had a multi-week August rental. The resort is closed during the summer (which we expected) so the area in and around the mountain was quiet. But the temperature at 3200 feet was very pleasant. The unit itself looks exactly as pictured, and the owners were terrific. Communication was excellent, and checking in was a breeze. The unit is fully set up for either a short or longer term stay. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Winterplace area, I definitely recommend this rental."

"We had the absolute best time!! The place was clean and had all sorts of information about what to do in the area. There were beautiful views and we loved how cute the place was. It had such a cozy feel. We all agreed that if we ever come back, we want to stay at this exact place. We loved it!!"

"On par with most ski condos we have rented. Definitely not luxury if you are looking for that. Was mostly clean (with the exception of the stove burners- someone had previously boiled over or spilled stuff, and it had not been cleaned, so immediately started smoking when we went to use) and comfortable. Awesome location to ski out. Plenty of pillows and blankets, some small travel size containers of shampoo/conditioner and soap that were appreciated, and probably enough bath towels even though...

"We chose this property because there are no stairs which was great for my 88 year old Mom. Very quiet and close to Flat Top Lake. We were there during 4th of July weekend, so definitely off ski season. Looked cool to ski out the door though. Very “vintage” exterior, but more modern inside. Not luxurious, but a great convenient clean place to stay."
