"Room was clean and tidy. Had trouble using the TV for local channels- but ‘figured it out’ eventually. Not sure why I’m required to provide a drivers license. No other hotel chain requires this of me - and I’m pretty sure other patrons. Despite my issues (unique to me I presume) my wife and I were pleased with the stay and will rebook when we travel through the area again."

"This was an amazing stay, very, very, clean compliments to the housekeeper. Hot tub was very clean, we had a problem with heating the tub, management took care of it immediately great service. Loved the cabin, very private - my only complaint is that cabin was not remote enough, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very convenient area to hikes and stores.We love West Virginia and we will be back."

"My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary/birthday trip, we also brought our two dogs. Overall, had a wonderful experience! The cabin was beautiful and very well maintained. The only things I would want others to be made aware of was that it is somewhat close to a main road, so the road noise during the day can be a little loud. At night it quiets down a bit, but if you’re wanting something very secluded and private, this might not be it. Also, the cabins are a bit close together, so again, if you’re looking for being really secluded/private, this may not be it for you. Otherwise, it was a beautiful cabin with your own private hot tub, big front porch with a nice porch swing and rocking chair, fire pit, and grills. The inside is a beautiful log cabin with very cozy ambiance and a fireplace. Communication with the owner was great. Very responsive and helpful, provided directions for the cabin and even provided good suggestions for things to do / places to eat. Took some of their suggestions and it was super helpful! They even offered us early check in/check out with no additional charge (I didn’t even have to ask), which I feel is rare to find and was honestly a huge bonus for us. We were able to get into the cabin early which was super helpful for us instead of having to drive around waiting for check in. Wish more Air B&B’s would do this, so thank you for offering this! Gave me an immediate positive experience! Overall, my husband, myself and our dogs loved the cabin!"

"The cabin had a classic “ cabin in the woods “ feel. The interior was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The hot tub was appreciated.The location was perfect for our New River Gorge experience. The host was welcoming and informative. It was a wonderful experience!"
