“We enjoyed our stay at this property! Very clean accomodations as well as added touches in the bathroom in terms of toiletries. Things you might sometimes forget like; hair ties, makeup remover, q-tips, cotton balls, etc!. Nice to also have a coffee maker in the main bedroom ! ”

“The farmhouse is exactly as pictured and described- it's cute, it has charm, it has creaky floors! If you're a light sleeper, be aware you'll hear the floors! I would suggest bringing a child gate or two for the stairs or a bedroom for younger kids. Ann, the owner, makes check-in super easy. The street is quiet and peaceful. The drive to Taghannock Falls Park and the viewing site are super close. Getting to downtown Ithaca took only about 15 minutes including time to park. Nice place to……

“My friends and I had an amazing stay at the farmhouse! It exceeded our expectations! Check in was simple and the host was very responsive in communicating. We really felt like we were at home and enjoyed morning and evenings on the porch. The kitchen has everything you need! The beds were comfortable. The sitting areas very charming and overall the house was very clean!We didnt want to leave and hope to return again.”

“Beautiful property with exquisite view of the lake and a large backyard to relax and play games. Host was easy to work with for any questions. House is unique - was fun to take walks and see other properties in the area as well. 10 of us stayed and there was plenty of room. Only negatives (small) were that the kitchen was not huge and cupboard/refrigerator space for food was limited. An additional half bath would also be great, as 2 full bathrooms for 10 people presented a few challenges at……

“10 stars!Beautiful property! We all had a wonderful week there July 20 -27, 2025.Pat and Patrick greeted us warmly on check-in and left freshly baked cookies for us. They are wonderful hosts, attentive without inserting themselves.They offered tours of the considerable trails on the property and recommended one of the best wineries in the area. “Super walkable to Aurora Brewery and nearby Longpoint Winery. There are some friendly cats that live at the brewery and hung out with us in the backyard when we played croquet. The house was clean and charming!”

“We were not aware or informed prior to our stay of extreme water leak damages, uncleaned toilets /bathroom, broken bed, fire pit, pool, hot tub (waiting on a piece), poor water systems and smell. We had to purchase cleaning supplies, bedding and water for cooking, washing dishes and to brush our teeth to sustain during our committed stay.
