“Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. “We were going to an event at Turning Stone but the hotel rates were high. We found this property a short drive away and it was nice. We were comfortable watching TV and slept well. There was. Keurig so coffee was a breeze. We would stay again when we go back to Turning Stone.”

“Firefly Falls is simply wonderful!The Retreat is so spacious, beautifully decorated and filled with so many amenities-everything is very thoughtful and made us feel completely at home! The setting, property and especially the sound of the creek will have you relaxed in no time! Only about 17mins from Colgate University and close to so many restaurants and sights.
