“Property exactly as described, large modern rooms, comfy beds and lovely building. We chose not to use the mezzanine as it’s a bit precarious going up and down the steps and there is no furniture apart from bed so it could do with a bedside table.”

“The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.”

“The communication was lacking. I was sent the entry code for the door and told the keys were in the mail box. I was also told parking spot 29. No information was given about how to get into the building directly from the garage (There was a magnetic fob on the key chain.) So we walked back through the garage door at the far end with all of our luggage. The WiFi password wasn’t listed anywhere in the apartment and when I texted the number that sent the code, I got no response. Fortunately they……

“Ich war insgesamt 6 Nächte in der Wohnung 3b, Garncarska 30 street, 1. Stock rechts (Vermieter Elite Apartments). Die Übergabe war nicht gut. Ich hatte am Vortrag den Vermieter kontaktiert und dann habe ich bis zum Übergabezeitpunkt um 15:00 Uhr keine Antwort bekommen, telefonisch konnte ich den Vermieter auch nicht erreichen (Anrufbeantworter). Um 15:30 erreichte ich dann den Vermieter, musste erst meine Kreditkartendaten hinterlegen für die Kaution, dann bekam ich erst die Zugangsdaten. Das……

“A great apartment, in a secure complex, in an ideal setting, close to the sea, but easy transport links to the Old Town. It was well equipped and spacious. There is a well stocked small shop on the edge of the complex, as well a small cafe that does great breakfasts! The only downside was that the pillows were too soft and not supportive enough, resulting in chronic neck ache.”
