Sadly we didn’t enjoy our stay in this hotel, since we arrived we were expecting some help from the pier to the hotel. We sent a message to the hotel and they never replied.
The worst part of our stay is that we had to leave 1 day early because the room was in an awful shape, the water was dirty to even shower, the door knob was broken and also the sofa was stained. When I went to reception to ask them for help the only option was to change room. The problem is the the property has a maintenance problem so it wouldn’t matter.
The cleaning staff are amazing but the reception staff are not as good 0% effort.
The location is nice also the swimming pool but for the price I hoped to get something better.
The breakfast also need improvement, it was kinda cold and also the fruits where having a lot of insects around it . Otherwise the island is really nice.
