8.4/10 Very Good! (1,813 reviews)
I was super thankful for the early check in at 1230. However upon arrival we found several short black hairs behind the door in the bathroom. It took 3 separate calls to get it cleaned up (they cleaned it at the end of day two). Manager was supposed to reach out but never did. 46th floor restaurant is only open for breakfast. This was a bummer because part of why we booked this hotel is because we hoped to catch the sunset up there. Also the hotel is just run down. Best up baseboards, discoloration on the marble. Also a bummer they don’t have someone open the door for you. You’d think you’d get a doorman for a hotel of this caliber.
Location is amazing if you want to be by Central Park.
