"The property was very welcoming, fabulous outdoor area, loved the interior of the house and it was great to have our fur baby with us. Fireplace & BBQ was not cleaned, but we did not use them, also under the lounge & bench in the kitchen needed a vacuum and clean, as we found game items under there. Loved the privacy and quietness of the area and we did all enjoy our stay. It is a beautiful house to have a family retreat."

"Needed some cleaning up cobwebs on eaves, the couch needed a good clean with leather cleaner, the ac did not work that well. The curtains had white powder coming off them.Great spot "

"Our stay at Noonaweena Biram Lodge was amazing. The property is stunning, the house is equipped with everything you need. The sauna and spa got a great work out. The peacocks and chickens added to the fun. We were a group of friends and our kids and the kids had the most amazing time and basically looked after themselves leaving us with so many activities (including ping pong) to really enjoy our time. What made it even better was the manager Adam who was just so accommodating and friendly and really went above and beyond to make our stay even better. It exceeded our expectations in every way and we will definitely be back. Thank you Adam and Sean and the whole team! "
