“The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code key box. Building felt secure. Great views of the hills from the top room. “Due to own circumstances we were late to the guest house, Lawrence was so accommodating and came and settled us in. We had a beautiful room the peach room and was so spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast is help yourself with a range of cereal, toast and fruit 🍇. We loved sitting in the garden for breakfast and in the evenings once back the view is stunning 😍. Plenty of parking. Lawrence and Ashley were really friendly and helped with anything you needed .
