Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen und bot absolute Privatsphäre auf einem weitläufigen, eingezäunten Grundstück, umgeben von atemberaubender Natur. Unser Hund konnte frei toben, während wir die liebevoll eingerichteten, geräumigen Räume mit fünf Schlafzimmern genossen – perfekt für unsere große Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, mit makelloser Pflege und herrlicher Aussicht auf die Hügel. Wir verbrachten viel Zeit beim Entspannen und Sonnenbaden. Die Gastgeberin Eleonora war großartig, stets hilfsbereit und freundlich, und Gianfranco, der Gärtner, versorgte uns herzlich mit frischen Eiern und Gemüse aus seinem Garten. Der eigene Gemüsegarten war ein weiteres Highlight – frische Tomaten und Auberginen direkt auf dem Teller. Der grüne Rasen, zahlreiche Sitzplätze im Sonnenschein oder Schatten und ein großer, perfekt ausgestatteter Grillplatz trugen zum Wohlbefinden bei, begleitet vom Duft von Lavendel und Rosmarin, der das mediterrane Flair abrundete. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und abgeschieden, ideal für Ausflüge in die noch unentdeckte Marken-Region. Treia bietet charmante Cafés und Restaurants, und Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Perugia, Assisi, die berühmte Grotte und der Strand sind in etwa einer Stunde erreichbar.
