I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this place. The hotel looked **nothing like the pictures online**. Once we arrived, the condition of the property and the room were extremely disappointing.
The room was filthy, the toilet did not work, and there were multiple issues that should have been addressed before the room was ever rented out. On top of that, there were serious concerns about the activity and people coming and going throughout the property that made the entire stay extremely uncomfortable.
The front desk experience was just as frustrating. The woman working the desk appeared completely unprepared and was unable or unwilling to properly assist us. When we contacted Hotels.com to try to get moved to another room, she would not cooperate with the representative, would not answer the phone, and would not provide a number or contact information for a manager or owner.
At that point, we were literally stuck trying to figure out how to resolve a problem that **the hotel itself should have been fixing**.
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The pictures online were misleading, the room was unacceptable, customer service was practically nonexistent, and management was impossible to reach.
**Would not recommend this hotel. Save yourself the headache and spend your money somewhere else.**
