"Pool and views were great. There was no river access unless we were supposed to use the private road with a locked gate. We didn't ask but maybe the property manager has more information. Basic amenities, but no wine opener or coffee (except for decaf) so bring everything you think you might need. It got into the upper 80's and the house stays hot until late at night even with fans and open windows. No AC is communicated, but be prepared. A book with checkout procedures and local amenities would be nice as well. We really enjoyed the pool and there was little light pollution, so nighttime swims are highly recommended!"
