overall good experience, nice staff, decent food. Waitresses in casino weren't that friendly, we waited for over 30 minutes for her to come back to get our check. but overall it was a good hotel and room

The hotel was immaculate! The rooms were beautiful. We couldn't believe the value for the price!! Very quiet. The Sushi restaurant at the casino was OUTSTANDING!! We are excited to stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and it won’t be our last. The rooms are always very clean, the pillow and beds are comfy. It’s set in a beautiful and quiet location, but close to town or an activity like fishing or hiking. Easy and no hassle to check in.

Yeah, so don't go looking for the Lake. Because there isn't one. It got that name because it used to flood in that area centuries ago. Arcata is a 10 minute drive and theviews of the mountain are very pretty.
