Einzig der regelmäßige Zugverkehr in der Nähe kann etwas bemängelt werden. Dieser hat aber eben nichts mit der Wohnung selbst zu tun. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.”

Die Familie Savidis ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war rundum eine sehr schöne Zeit und wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen und auf diese tolle Wohnung zurückgreifen. “wirklich tolle Neubauwohnung 2024/2025, sehr modern. haben wir tatsächlich genutzt, um mit den Fahrrädern 20 Minuten nach Tübingen zu fahren, und "allein" um wirklich zu sehen, dass es dort eine Vielzahl mehrerer reiner Fahrradstraßen und Fahrradbrücken gibt, ein Konzept, das wohl zu Tübingen sehr gut passt. Neben für den Winterbetrieb beheizten Brücken (eine davon spektakulär) gibt es vollständig blau bemalte Fahrspuren nur für Fahrradfahrer z.T. in der Breite der Autofahrerspur (woanders wäre...

"Tuvimos que abandonar el alojamiento precipitadamente por el fallecimiento de mi padre y no hubo forma de contactar con el hotel, no respondian al teléfono, hasta que pudimos dejar mensaje por correo electrónico. Dejamos las tarjetas en el mostrador y nos fuimos al aeropuerto. Nos cobraron todos los días del alojamiento sin habernos hospedado, ya que tuvimos que coger un vuelo inmediatamente y salir hacia Madrid al funeral, 3 días antes de lo concertado."

"Genial, estuvimos en una habitación que estaba toda nueva, supongo que lo reformaron hace poco. 3 noches. Colchón muy cómodo, el del sofá cama no tanto, tenía un poco más de pendiente, pero almenos no hacía ruido cuando los niños se movían. La cocina impacable, pero tienes que pagar un suplemento de 10€ para tener menaje. Microondas y nevera sin ningún problema. No se escuchaban ruidos. Muy tranquilo."

"Excelente ubicacion, servicio y comodidad. Por proponer alguna mejora, el sistema de gestión del aparcamiento es mejorable, porque el acceso depende de que haya plazas libres cada vez que llegues (no en el checking, cada día que se use el coche), y el semáforo que indica si hay o no plazas libres no funciona bien, puede estar rojo habiendo 1-2 huecos (me pasó a mi). Afortunadamente el personal siempre intenta ayudar."
