The location is very good, close to the city center, and close to bus stops. In the reception you can find coffee, hot water and cookies all day, that is really great. The kitchen is available and helps a lot! The room is clean, and the staff very friendly.

Staff was very helpfull. Very good location near the centre. There is a supermarket near the hotel as well. Kitchen was well equipped. It was lovely to have free cookies. Room is basic and a bit small, but it reflects on the price. Water for the showers took a while to warm up, but it wasn’t a big problem. Overall a very good place to stay in Tromsø.

So there was a software glitch from Enter Backpack Hotel and we where re-booked into the Enter City Hotel I would have given 5 stars for everything but, this glitch was unexpected. They emailed us to late with the change - we were already travelling. City hotel staff was great. Nice to have a washer and a drier.

The position, the personal/staff, the services, shared spaces, but I would have liked bigger rooms... for the price it's not so spaceful, the room had a bed, a table, a chair, and a refrigerator, which is great, but there was not space for everything... I didn't have space, I mean, difficult to walk in the room...

This was a great hotel for what we needed, somewhere in a great location that was safe and comfortable to sleep in. The two staff members on the evening shift were so lovely, a real benefit to the hotel and couldn’t do enough to help during the stay. The rooms are small but functional, our room had its own bathroom but the communal ones were perfectly clean so I wouldn’t let that stop you. The room we stayed in also backed onto both toilets so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. This isn’t a hotel and is more of a hostel vibe so don’t expect luxury but it is good value and in a great location.

Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Small room with no closet or place to hang your clothes, and there was no elevator, but everything was proper and clean, the shared kitchen was fully equipped with tableware and kitchenware. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was good.

The location is just a few minutes walking distance to the city center. The staff is kind and helpful. The single room small but enough. However, the shared shower and bathrooms were not cleaned well during my 4 day stay. The same stains in the toilet stayed for 3 days. On the shower floor was a plaster that was there my whole stay. Only the trashes were emptied. The description said, rooms are Sound proof. However, even with my ear plugs on, I woke up to the walking and closing doors of other guests. It’s not sound proof at all, so please also do not advertise it that way because this can be very important to people with light sleep. Also, one day before my arrival, I sent a message to the hotel through Expedia. My message never got opened nor replied to. Overall satisfied, small details and especially cleanliness will add more value to your accommodation.

It's very quiet and has nice windows to open up to see the beautiful views and to feel the very fresh air. Everything is easy access to get into town and everyone seems to be very nice. There's a large kitchen large eating area and living room. It's very easy to access and the rooms are beds in the rooms are super comfortable. The showers are great. I don't have any remarks except all positive. Trump was amazing City. It's really beautiful here. Lots to do. Great people everyone's friendly from all the different types of people that live here everyone seems to speak English and are super friendly to be helpful.

My first stay in a backpack hotel and it was great, so much friendlier than a stay in a hotel. Room was fine and had a good shower. I hadn’t seen a message on my Expedia account that you have to go to a different location to check in but the people I was travelling with were sent an email to explain that reception closes at 6pm. Good size kitchen and the tea/coffee point in the lounge area was great.
