"The room is very spacious and has well choosen furniture. Almost everything is out of wood, so it feels like home. The bed is really big and the matrace is really comfortable.
The owners are very accommodating, I mean you can use bicycles, a motorbike, the laundry machine, the kitchen and you don't need to pay extra money. As if that's not enough, there is some food in the fridge you can use for free, as well as free water for coffee and tea. Awesome!

The owner was fantastic at organising the river tours, buses and plenty of tips. had free use of the bikes so could cycle around the area. Was always on hand to help if you needed anything. We dropped our bags at reception mid-morning as we were early, returned after lunch, and they had been put in our room, just one example of the nice, friendly and attentive staff.
The reception doubles as a modern air-conditioned coffee shop, with a small breakfast and coffee included as part of the room, which was a bonus. "

Owners and receptionist ( especially Felix) were extremely helpful in booking bus tickets as well as confirming them. "It started out as a disaster. The room had no Wi-Fi and a shower that did not work. The next room had a TV that did not work. Finally, the 3rd attempt proved successful. Everything worked properly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there is a lot that needs to be repaired or upgraded for this to be a great hotel again. Fortunately, they have a good staff willing to help and make the stay enjoyable. The free breakfast left a lot to be desired, but again the people working there made it a pleasant experience. They need new TVs in most rooms, new shower fitting, better Wi-Fi routers and/or extenders, and new batteries for the door locks. Even with the problems, I would still consider staying again if I could get one of the few good rooms."
"My buddy and I stayed here for 2 nights staff was very attentive and knowledgeable when we went on our tours booked thru the homestay we also got massages one night and for the price you will not find anything better if I could give 10 stars I would can’t wait to come back and visit next year"
