We stayed in a junior suite for a family of 4 (kids are 8yrs. old and 12yrs. old). We loved it! Clean room, friendly staff, washer and dryer inside your room and a kitchen! Updated connectivity from tv to bathroom. Location is okay and near to every places we planned. The only thing is that the room we got have a small window and no natural sunlight, Other than that we would stay here again.

Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive, responsive, and eager to help. Whether answering questions about local attractions or providing detailed recommendations on the best bus and rail routes to our destinations, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and local knowledge that enhanced our overall experience. The location is another significant advantage as it is safe and, relatively, quiet area. Shinjuku Station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city and beyond via rail or bus. Daily conveniences are also readily available, with both a Lawson and a 7-Eleven located immediately next to the property. There's also a great Onigiri shop just down the street. As an apartment-style hotel, Mimaru follows a unique housekeeping schedule that differs from traditional hotels. Guests should be aware that cleaning services are performed on an alternating A/B-day schedule, meaning certain tasks—such as bed making—are completed every other day rather than daily. However, the hotel clearly explains this system during check-in, helping to set appropriate expectations. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend the hotel to other travelers.

Clean room with great breakfast, didn't interact with front desk due to kiosk check in/out, but the breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful.

Great location, nicely managed, staff were really friendly too. It's a basic apartment style hotel but does the job well. Shinjuku itself is brilliant and there's loads to do right on the doorstep. Would recommend it as a Tokyo base.
