even though it wasn’t in the best area, it still felt safe. it’s also close to the station and many shops which was nice. the hotel was clean and the staff was so nice and helpful.

Very spacious accommodations for Tokyo, worked out great for our family of 4. We really appreciated having a working kitchen and washer/dryer combo in the apartment for our 6-day-stay. Within 10-15 min walk to 3 different subway lines made it very convenient for our trips to most common tourist areas in Tokyo - e.g. we could reach Shibuya, Tokyo Station, Akasaka, Shinjuku, and Ginza just by choosing which station to use, w/o having to change trains. Half-a-dozen combinis <5 minutes walk. Folks at the front desk were always welcoming and offered to help, although we did not use their services much beyond check-in/out. Neighborhood was clean and felt very safe (as did all parts of Tokyo that we got to see); we did no thave any concerns letting our older teen return to the apartment on their own as late as mid-night. Would definitely recommend for families.

Amazing staff and great sized room. Nice amenities and super new and clean. Washing machine in the unit is so nice to have as well as a kitchenette.

Loved the sauna and the large tub

Great location, great staff, great room! They are one of the only that could accommodate our family of 6 in one room! Soo awsome!
