The rooms were cleaned OK but they never seemed to actually clean the toilet seat. Rooms were small. I asked for a "double size room" and they gave me a single size bed and the room was so small for my wife and I that we could not fit our luggage. After major complaining we got a 20% larger room. Due to an issue with the travel consolidator we arrived a day early and had to stay a day late. They would not accommodate us. They told us that there was no available rooms even thought I could find rooms on Expedia if I asked for a 3 day stay. So they recommended a "sister Hotel" that charged us triple for one night. The staff is rule based with no creativity or compassion whatsoever. Very unhappy about how we were treated. Cold and dispassionate but with a smile. They could have easily been robots. Seriously. No manager was available any time. Breakfast was runny.
