It's on almost an acre, but conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, the university, and major hospitals. The kids will love it here with the playset in the backyard, loads of kids' books, toys, and a stocked games & puzzles closet! 'Outside' is our favorite room in the house! There are covered and uncovered tables and chairs for dining al fresco, or enjoying a cup of coffee. Southern Arizona is great for bird watching, and we love seeing them and the other wildlife that wanders through our un-fenced yard. Guests can park in one stall of the garage, and anywhere on the driveway.
