Ft of remodeled luxury on a private, hilltop 5-acre parcel. Private road that dead-ends up at the house. Pictures don't do it justice. Sweeping decks and 360• view of Tucson. The magical feeling you have on the property is hard to describe. We have renters who keep coming back, year after year. Smoke-Free, Pet Free. Minimum length of stay 5-7 days (depending upon the season). No kids (below age 15) are allowed up at the home, even for a visit, since the deck railings are not child-proof. Ask us about short-term memberships for Ventana Canyon private country club, nearby. Golf and Tennis, Spa, Fitness, Pool and Dining. About 80% of the people who have rented this home come back for return visits, a good indication of its quality and magnificence. About half of the rental parties are just a couple (2 people), though there's obviously plenty of room for 4-6 people. We have another property at www.vrbo.com/358276 that's been rented for a while longer, it has over 200, five-star reviews. From that, you can get an idea of how well we treat our guests. Year after year, we qualify as a VRBO "Premier Host". Visitors describe this as an absolutely magical place. What separates this property from other homes, besides the phenomenal views, is the quiet and privacy. The private drive dead-ends to the 5-acre lot, and the way it's situated in the mountains, allows for a feeling of a complete get-away. This despite only being a couple of miles away from shopping and dining. This property is high enough to see over the Tucson mountains to the west, and about 60 miles into the mountains in Mexico, while being adjacent to the Sabino Canyon National Park, a place with miles of hikes and walks. The furnishings and finishes are high-end. Natural clay walls, Solid wood furniture, leather chairs, $8,000 heated, Japanese bidet, Toto Neorest toilets, custom mirrors and artwork. Custom quartz countertops throughout. The home is equipped includes a custom, comprehensive renter's guide with instructions on the operation of the house, appliances and entertainment, room-by-room inventory list, along with information of attractions and the best dining. The space was perfect for a multi generational family. The kitchen was perfect for cooking the thanksgiving meal and there was plenty of space for games and movie viewing!! I must admit that we were confused as to why there are not more beds, with all of the extra and empty rooms that the house has. I would have been really nice if the adults didn't have to share beds. Likewise, the views are incredible, and the property expansive, but we were disappointed that there are no outdoor spaces; patios, eating areas, fire pits and very little and old and tired outdoor furniture. This was our third stay with Jason the host and again he was wonderful as always. The house is beautiful and situated up on our side of the mountain next to Sabino recreation area. The area cannot be nicer and it is always a great pleasure to stay there. The host is excellent and responds immediately to questions or concerns. This property was a treat to stay at in terms of privacy, unprecedented views of the Sabino Canyon (and the city light views and night) and still within 15-20 min of anything. Jason, the homeowner, was very responsive to any questions we had and is a gentleman. The rooms are very spacious and this house had everything and more for us to relax and enjoy our stay. We love to hike and could walk to the Sabino canyon trails which were right out our back door. You feel as though you have wonderful privacy yet are only minutes from any activity you might enjoy. Just about everything you could need was provided by the host. The bidets were an added bonus. Jason is a marvelous host who responds to any correspondence immediately and leaves very clear instructions for operating anything. This has been the third VRBO property we rented in the past year and by far the absolute best. When a vacation to Tucson is back on the agenda I would definitely rent this property again. The wrap around porch hosted many glasses of wine and morning cups of coffee while taking in the amazing views. Jason was extremely easy to work with and on top of any of our needs.
