Old house completely renovated, quiet with garden, 7 minutes from the gifted zoo La Fontaine, 20 minutes from Saumur and 30 minutes from Angers. Beautiful fitted kitchen, large living room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed). 2 bathrooms.

Relaxing Stay in Anjou countryside

Well equipped beautiful cottage in the Loire countryside. Very Clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly and have a vineyard 1/2 an hour away - worth the trip and the tasting. The house is close to Saumur which is lovely and has lots to see and do, including nice restaurants and is well located for visiting some famous historical sites like Chinon and Fontavraud Abbey. a very relaxing break.

Charming rustic gite

We stayed only one night so there was not much time to investigate the area apart from the glorious surrounding countryside, lovely little cottage, a bit rustic surroundings but charming inside and has everything you could need. The wifi could do with a booster as while we were there it dropped out a little occasionally but not important for us. We did think it was not very clear that there were no linens included as they usually are but it seems they are not mentioned in the description of amenities which was a bit disappointing as we could not buy bedding for just one evening, however we were able to rent them for a charge. The host was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

Déception propreté

Le positif : propriétaire sympathique et disponible (par téléphone). Cadre calme et agréable.Le négatif : gros soucis de propreté, poussière, freezer innommable, odeurs nauséabondes ( remontées d'egouts) venant des salles de bain et qui envahissent la maison (notamment la cuisine qui est accolée la salle de bain et les toilettes du rez-de-chaussée). Odeur de renfermé et de poussière qui a causé des crises d'asthme ! Sols chambres et salles de bains non nettoyés, poils des précédents locataires visibles salles de bains et toilettes. Velux chambre SDB étage dans un état de saleté inacceptable. Télévision inutilisable, problème de carte décodeur, réseau téléphonique plus que moyen. A l'extérieur, tige en métal qui dépasse du sol, extrêmement dangereux pour enfants ou animaux de compagnie. Fenêtres difficiles à ouvrir et à refermer (chambre).

Super séjour, maison propre, au calme pour vous déconnecter :-), proche de tous commerces. Propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique. Possibilités d'acheter de bon vins de la région (liste des bouteilles à dispo pour faire votre choix dans le logement provenant du domaine du proprio). Nous avons passé un court séjour dans ce gîte très confortable où rien ne manque . Il est situé au calme dans la campagne dans une région très touristique. Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce joli logement. L'endroit est au calme. La maison est entourée de chemins et de champs, idéal pour se promener (le terrain est clôturé bon point pour les propriétaires de chiens).
