Big 4 bedded room with our teenagers worked well. Comfy beds and clean linen, 24 hrs access very handy! "We didn't stay at this hotel. Due to a family death we couldn't travel but hotel refused to refund the tickets. The hotel has a perfect right to do so but we expected a better response under the circumstances. Will definitely not visit again. Bad PR"
