“We had a phenomenal time at Alan’s mountain home. We skied 2 days, we easily walked to the lift and came home for lunch and went back out. It is so nice to not have to get in your car with the gear. The house is huge and had everything we needed. We had 3 families with young children and we all slept well, felt safe and made amazing family memories. “We just loved it1 The property is so well appointed. It's decorated and updated but keeps some original charm. The owner provides plenty of consumables and linens/towels which is such a treat. It was clean and efficient. We did not cook much, we ordered out. It was the perfect place and location to gather with local friends and family. The owner was highly responsive and a generous host!! We have found our place in Altoona!”
